Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Eclipse Spa, we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. This allows us to provide a relaxing and seamless experience for everyone.

  • Late Arrivals (Up to 15 Minutes):
    If a guest arrives late but within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, the therapist or masseuse will provide the service for the remaining available time only, if another client is scheduled afterward.

    • The full service price will still apply, even if the service duration is reduced due to late arrival.

    • Eclipse Spa is unable to extend appointment times, as we cannot delay the next scheduled guest due to another client’s late arrival.

  • Late Arrivals (Over 15 Minutes):
    If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancelled appointments due to late arrival.

    • Guests may reschedule the service for a future date or receive a gift certificate for the service already paid.

    • Gift certificates issued under this policy are valid for one (1) year from the original appointment date.

  • Provider Delays:
    If a delay is caused by Eclipse Spa, guests will receive the full service time as originally booked, regardless of the delayed start.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps Eclipse Spa respect the time of our staff while ensuring a high-quality experience for all guests.

Liability Notice and Exemption of Damages Declaration

Dear Customer, we appreciate your preference for our services. It is important that you read and understand the following information before using our facilities:

1. Wellness Services, Not Medical Treatments:

At Eclipse SPA we offer services aimed at relaxation, personal care, and wellness. These services should not be considered medical, therapeutic, or curative treatments. Our professionals are not authorized to diagnose, treat, or address pre-existing medical conditions.

2. Individual Health and Responsibility:

You acknowledge and accept that the use of our services is voluntary and that you will confirm your good health status prior to any procedure. Our treatments are not a substitute for medical attention or professional care from a specialist.

3. Liability Exclusion:

Eclipse SPA is not responsible for worsening conditions, complications, or personal damages related to pre-existing medical conditions or health information not disclosed at the time of receiving services. It is your responsibility to inform our staff of any special health conditions or restrictions prior to undergoing any treatment.

By using our facilities and services, you accept this liability waiver.
